At Four Walls we respect your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it and what your rights are, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Greek law.
1. Data controller
The controller of your data is Four Walls, an estate agency based in Thessaloniki:

- Phone: +30 6907 483 463
2. What data we collect
We collect only the data necessary to serve you:
- Contact details that you provide — full name, phone, email address and your message — when you complete the contact form or express interest in a property.
- Property and ownership details when you engage us to sell, let or value your property.
- Details required for the collaboration paperwork (engagement agreements, introduction forms) — e.g. ID number and tax number (AFM) — where this is required by law.
- Technical browsing data to a limited extent; see the full information in our Cookies notice.
3. Purposes and legal bases of processing
We process your data for the following purposes:
- Responding to your enquiries and communicating about properties of interest to you — taking steps prior to entering into a contract at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Performance of the brokerage contract — engagement, introductions and completion of the transaction (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Compliance with legal obligations — tax law and anti-money-laundering legislation (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).
- Legitimate interest — the security and proper operation of the website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Consent — where we request it explicitly, e.g. for marketing communications; you may withdraw it at any time (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).
4. Who receives your data
We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising purposes. Access to it may be granted only to:
- technical service providers that support our operations (website hosting, the property management system), acting on our behalf as data processors,
- associated professionals (lawyers, notaries, engineers) to the extent required to complete your transaction and always with your knowledge,
- public authorities, where required by law.
5. Retention period
We keep your data only for as long as is necessary for the purpose for which it was collected:
- Contact requests that did not lead to a collaboration are deleted after 24 months at the latest.
- Documents relating to transactions and collaborations are retained for as long as tax and civil law requires.
6. Your rights
You have the following rights regarding your data:
- of access — to learn what data we hold about you,
- of rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data,
- of erasure ('the right to be forgotten'), where no lawful ground for retention exists,
- of restriction of processing,
- of objection to processing,
- of portability of your data,
- of withdrawing your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing already carried out.
To exercise any right, email us at info@four-walls.gr. We will respond within one month at the latest.
7. Complaint to the supervisory authority
If you believe that the processing of your data infringes the law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (HDPA) — www.dpa.gr, 1-3 Kifisias Ave., 115 23 Athens, Greece.
8. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data from loss, unauthorised access or disclosure. The website is served exclusively over an encrypted connection (HTTPS).
