The website four-walls.gr (hereinafter "the website") is owned and operated by Four Walls, a real estate agency with its registered office in Thessaloniki, Greece, at Fragkini 9, 54624 (hereinafter "Four Walls", "we"). Browsing and using the website constitutes unreserved acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website.

2. Services provided

Four Walls provides real estate brokerage services: purchase, sale, letting, valuation, renovation and management of properties in Thessaloniki and the wider area. The website is informational in nature and its purpose is to present our services and the properties we have available.

3. Property listings

The details of the properties displayed (prices, floor areas, features, photographs) originate from their owners and are entered with the greatest possible care. However:

• The information is provided "as is" and may contain inaccuracies or may have changed without prior notice (e.g. a price change or the withdrawal of a property).
• The listings do not constitute an offer to enter into a contract; the definitive details of each property are confirmed during the viewing and the legal and technical due diligence.
• The prices stated are indicative and do not bind the respective owner.

4. Intellectual property

The entire content of the website — texts, property photographs, logo, graphics and distinctive signs — is the intellectual property of Four Walls or its rightholders and is protected by Greek and European legislation. Its reproduction, copying or republication, in whole or in part, without our prior written permission is prohibited.

5. User obligations

Users must use the website in accordance with the law and good morals. By way of example, the following are prohibited:

• the bulk extraction or copying of the listings and content (scraping) for commercial or any other use,
• any action that may damage or impair the operation of the website,
• the submission of false or misleading information through the contact forms.

We make every reasonable effort to ensure that the website operates smoothly and that its content is accurate and up to date.
